The Binding Details tab


The Binding Details tab opens a pane in the palette where you can fine-tune bindings by selecting additional options that appear there. These options vary depending on the type of field involved in the binding, but can include:
  • Applying text formatting filters to format dynamic content such as currency and dates.
  • Adding dynamic behavior to links to other pages.
  • Creating buttons to navigate between records.

    A. The Bind To area of the Binding Details pane is available whenever any text or image placeholder is selected on the Web page. B. The Filter area appears for text placeholders only. C. The Link Action area appears only when an HTML link is selected on the Web page.
